Be very wary of this company. I bought a bike and returned it and left a 3 star review which has not appeared on their website - very deceiving behaviour, they must cherry-pick the positive reviews and delete the negative ones. They do not refund shipping and the '14 day test ride' depends on the bike being completely untouched on return to ensure you get your money back. The bike I received was very sub-par - I was expecting something amazing based on the great reviews on their website - and I was so disappointed it had to be returned. If they practiced honest business and showed the positive and negative reviews I likely wouldn't have purchased that bike at all. But now they've lost me as a potential customer and I bought from a local bike shop. Their communication is exceedingly poor, with not a single phone call being answered or returned, and days passing between emails being looked at. Yet another cheap and dodgy online bike shop. Buy from your local bike shop where you can try before you buy and speak to a real human!
